Apparently he is afraid to run against Dan Moore because he knows it will be a very close race. Dan is an awesome guy, and I am not making that statment because I know him. He shows no bias and doesnt do anything that he doesnt belive in. I knew a guy that was being represented by him a couple of years ago for criminal conversion. Then he was arrested again for drugs and probation violation and he dropped him because he had already been in trouble previously and showed no signs of getting his life back on the right path. That is a man with Morals and for that he will definitly get my vote. Dont get me wrong. I am sure he has represented people on drug charges before, but if you continue to get in trouble, dont ask him to keep getting you out of trouble.

He believes that you should be in control of your life and be held accountable for your mistakes. It is just a shame that he didnt get elected for Superior 3 this past election. He was going to start a Night court so people wouldnt have to miss work to go to sourt, and he was also going to do something with Drug Court and turn it around, since Blau had it being nothing but a money thing. She created a nightmare for people that got in trouble for the 1st time. That should be for repeat offenders. Just my opinion and I am sure other people do not agree with me on that. The only reason why he didnt get elected then, was because the democrats were too far up Jacobi's nose. Dan has a great background with judiciary issues. Check his website out and see for yourself. You should be able to find a link on that site.

Dan Moore is a pompous arrogant man. The previous poster is either Dan himself or perhaps his campaign manager. Good Luck to Judge Navarro!

Sorry to dissapoint you, but I am neither. Just an ordinary citizen that has seen that court go down hill. I myself have never had to go through that court. Why do you say he is a pompous arrogant man? What kind of background / experience does Navarro have? Does he have a website for people to look at? I am not saying Navarro isn't good, but I do believe that Dan Moore has worked his way to where he is today. His work record proves it. I could say the same thing to you. Sounds like your Navarro's campaign manger or Navarro himself. I am not a straight Democrat either. I vote for the better candidate.
