The officials are uncertain yellow may have played this smart. The county has to have a EMS provider and Yellow knows this why pay 1.6 million for trucks and gear they don't need.
Yellow could get the county contract and just send a couple more med-units into clark county Note Yellow already cover Jeffersonville,IN.
