Does anyone know why Lt. Kolhoff was demoted after alleged misconduct with another employee? People keep talking about it and are wondering what happened.

I had heard that too, but just wondered if anyone had heard anything more of that. People have a right to know since it was misconduct how do I know if it is safe for him to pull my wife over if that ever happened?
