Two children have been questioned and are suspected in the arson of a vacant home earlier this week.

This is a good example of how vacant real estate tends to be more vulnerable to vandalism. Some people I know purchased a home that had been foreclosed on and it had been left in good condition, but when they took a tour of the property, some people had broken in and vandalized the main living areas. http://www.philcarrick.com
