What does this have to do with the parents failure to seek meical tratment for their daughter? Blaming the police for the parents letting their daughter die for no reason is just a lame excuse to shift the focus.

Or one might ask," what does parental neglect have to do with Official Misconduct"?
They really are two entirely two separate matters.
Did anyone blame the police for this girl's death?
Of course not. This officer came on the scene as an investigator after the daughters death. Get your facts straight.
And just in case there is anyone out there not paying attention to our local news, we have a huge problem within CCSO with these sort of problems. Deputies accused and convicted of armed robbery, forging prescriptions, assault, attempted kid napping, domestic abuse, and sexual abuse of a minor. Even with all these serious drug and alcohol related crimes and offenses, do you think our deputies or their boss have to submit to random drug testing? The answer is no.
Our county and the cop union will have nothing to do with this measure of accountability.
Does anyone really think all those aldults were mistaken about this officer being drunk? Yea, he over medicated alright! Just like many of the losers that get to keep their job at CCSO while making so much harder for all the good cops out there that work hard at keeping the profession respectable.
