Chief prosecutor gives up oversight of probe into lawyer's death

Perhaps Mr Davenport could have been more concerned about justice than cover up for the county. Allowing the CPD to lead the investigation on their own actions is appalling. All the evidence was collected, processed, and will be presented, omitted, or destroyed by them.
One must wonder why Mr Davenport does not recommend the same for those he prosecutes?

Concerned Citizen- You forget who he works for and who his real friends are. He has forgotten niether that is perhaps why he plays the smoke and mirrors game of seeming impartial.
