This is just another example of a rich dumb dingaling with too much money and too little brains. Learn how to drive before you go spending your money on another big, fancy toy. What a twit!

People who drive Hummers are idiots to begin with. Come on, why do you need it? Are you moving troops into battle?

Shame on all of you who commented here without knowing the facts. This lady is my friend and she had a medical episode. How would you like it if you had, say, a heart attack or a stroke while driving and had an accident, and then had to put up with strangers calling you names and assuming that you're an incompetent fool just because of the kind of car that you drive? Grow up, people, and get some compassion for your fellow man. "Hummer Harry" in particular, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Shame on the reporter & editor for not getting the facts before publishing this speculative article. Shame on all of you for bashing this woman based on her choice in vehicles!

Take it from me Margaux, the hummers that are sold to the public (GM product) are not at all the same hummer that our troops use. They don't have a single similar feature. I serve in our military.

Yes, I realize that. I was being facetious. But still, why does the average driver need something that agressive?

It is nothing more than a Tahoe SUV frame with a box for a body. Honestly, unless you have a problem with all SUV's, I don't see the issue.

I drive a Highlander, so I do not have a problem wth SUV's. But before I bought it, I made sure I could handle it. Yes, accidents can happen with Sentras also. It depends on the skill of the driver and how well they pay attention to what they're doing.

The fact that she was driving a Hummer probably saved her life in a situation that was beyond her control, due to the fact that she was unconscious at the time. No amount of driving skills can help a person in that kind of situation. If she'd been driving a Prius, you'd all have to climb down off of your pedestals for a few minutes, but my friend would probably be dead or at least severely injured. Would that be better?

Watch out for the out of control HUMMER in the West End!!! A male resident of Wyndham--The Commons Club drives a white hummer. He drives like a maniac. He speeds everywhere but will never get a ticket. Special treatment for the rich & famous.....
