I commend the City of Richmond for finally putting some money into new schools for the youth in Richmond. Now if they can only order the School Board to keep their noses to curriculum, etc. and out of the construction / design business, we may actually see some new schools. After all, the school buildings are legally owned by the City and not the School Board.
