What is this I hear that you can have statuaries of fairies and ghouls in your garden but not a statue of the BVM (Blessed Virgin Mary)?
So in Chester County you can have these fitional characters in various stages of dress, but you can't have a religious figure in full dress? On your own property?
I was thinking of moving out there -- but the last thing I want is to deal with bigotry.
What is your view?

There are several pressing isues that must be addressed. 1. I walked around the development last evening and many of the street lamps are out. Who ever is responsible should take an inventory of these lights and have the bulbs replaced immediately. This is esp. impt. because it will be getting darker earlier. 2. The walking path behind the Mews homes is in need of a haircut. It is almost impossible to get through the weeds. Please cut it this week. 3. I believe that the walking paths are still the responsibility of the HOA. Signs need to be posted for the dog walkers to clean up the poop on the trails. I sometimes walk in the early morning and it is hard to miss stepping on the dog s.... Please address these concerns as soon as possible since we are all liable if something serious happens.

My sister and her husband live in Byer's Station. The HOA are a bunch of idiots. I would never live in that neighborhood. I would advise someone who is looking for a new home to look at a house that doesn't have a HOA. When you are buying a $600k house, I don't think you need someone to police you.

I'm looking into buying in that community, is there something I need to be aware of?
Do they have pet limits?

Hi all residents of Chester County-

Please take about 2 minutes to fill out this survey to help WCU students help the Chester County Food Bank.

Thank You :)
