The Commission served KLTV 7 with a subpoena, asking for the video of 369th District Judge Bascom Bentley ranting after the Not Guilty verdict was read during the Jamie Blackshire trial last October. Known for his "colorful" sentencing and even more racially "colorful" comments, the Anderson/Cherokee County judge indicated while the cameras were rolling that he knew the acquitted Blackshire was guilty: http://www.kltv.com/Global/story.asp...
Since local viewers have gotten a glimpse of a microcosm of Bentley's off-the-record attempts to sway the jury, certainly video cameras will be banned from his courtroom from now on.

This "judge" sits in his chair like he is God & acts like his opinion is all that matters. If defendant has tattoos he automatically dislikes them & tells them so. Praying this "judge" is fired real soon!! He's so ugly to people!
