Two dead in helicopter crash

Two people were found dead Friday morning in a helicopter crash 2 miles south of Tahlequah City Airport and a little west, Cherokee County Undersheriff Jason Chennault said.

and..im not speaking ill of the dead..BUT.. we all have free will.. free choice.. a BRAIN..thought..to what we do..every day we take a step out our door..WE choose OUR paths that day..

its life.. its our own individual life right to make OUR choices..
however stupid they may seem sometimes AFTER fact..
its freedom..

these were adults making their choice! no one forced anyone to fly or be there..

THEY made a freewill choice..for themselves!

Mark was doing what was natural to him.. his PASSION..his love in life besides his son and family.. flying.. second nature to him.. HIS CALLING..something so at ease that he was always ready to give his life..

he knew the tragic outtakes of being a helicopter pilot..
that odds are high for death if you crash..

yet he was anxious to get his commercial licenses for flying with EAGLE MED.. WOW..something good! did you know that???? prob not..

ASTOUNDING!! prospects..so yes he WAS moving his life, and future on the better course!..

he was excited to get to the new place in his life! why not focus on that! he had changed, yet you dont know.. because all you THINK you know is past mistakes..so of course judge guilty first..

sorry not realistic or fair.. can i judge UNfairly NOW..judge you guilty first due to errors of your youth or past?

a loss of someone CHANGING their course for the better! yet you tear him down and you DONT know his heart or hopes for his future and the hard work he was doing to get to it!

the young lady..she knew him, she knew the risks of flying, his past mistakes and she judged for HERSELF whether to get in that helicopter herself. she didnt have to..

, she chose to make an adult choice for herself...

.just because he crashed doesnt mean he killed her on purpose!..

just because he drank in past doesnt mean he wasnt changing..

just because... should never factor..

just because you cheated once..will u again? you drank a lil too much and YOU KNEW you shouldnt drive..

you swear you wont..but u do..

THINK..

accuse if you have NO SIN!

it was an accident....two adults made a choice, wise or unwise.they did.. thier call..

and something terrible happened..

allow them their peace now! and whatever is found.. LEARN from it.. use it to better..but dont destroy two spirits and familys In the process..
please.. its just truelly indecent..

and most of all.. the BIGGEST part.is this..
for those who seem so good at speculating.and what if's..
what if..
a wonderful thing comes from this..
what if a new laws passed ..a new idea unfolds to save lives..
a better stability of the aircraft eject seats, or window walls for impact like rollbars in jeeps.., a sounding when you are too low or distress that turns the blackbox ON automatic sending a 'signal beacon' when its in distress instantly
and turns off ONLY if the aircraft maintains itself proper..after a period of time..but still alerts a tower or call in to be checked OUT!
and doesnt get turned off or destroyed till the aircrafts found if it crashes.
.wouldnt that have helped? id pay to have it in my helicopter if i flew one..
at moment of any impact..why is there no signal thats unwaivering for flight safety!
they werent found for two days later.. had one been in place.. voila..
so maybe someone brainy will take this chance and develop one..make it a law..i would if i had the skills..cant be that hard a idea to implement if it helps an aircraft be found faster. i throw this GOOD idea out there to help from this tragedy..someone in air mechanics..develop this.. ill help write it up to send to law..im great at that..and have friends in the capitol..and id def name it the Mahaney beacon in honor of a pilots life .An eagle can fly here..

all from one tragic event..one good can arise..
Im sorry but when you awoke did God tell you his intentions for the day..what good things he has planned from every tragedy..so you will go ahmmm..really..wow i didnt think of that..
I know in MY heart as Christian.. his wishes are greater and for the good of all mankind..even in the face of despair and tragedy..he will shine light..
I believe all things DO happen even death for a reason out of our knowledge range.. makes it no less gut wrenching and heartfelt..but does..go in time to show a good if you seek it..and ca soemtimes give a hope to something better. so instead of tearing apart..have you thought how to better from this? i just did..and didnt seem hard..feels nice to think a gift to save or help..can replace your hateful remarks.id say thats abetter way to live my day..for me.
for me.. if this had been my own daughter with Mark..id suffer greatly..BUT id know Gods will is why they were called home.. and i will never wonder why he does what he does.. he has ultimate control ..because i firmly believe he has a reason and i accept his call when its time..
How can you face God when your day comes and he asks you..
"My child..why'd you tear so many down..instead of take my childs hand and say rest dear one.. we will find a light in this ..and better yourself.." i know if he asks me.. i will say i helped as many as i could when they couldnt speak.. and altho not enough effort..i tried..
