The Town of Pegram has NO business buying land outside of the Town limits when they cannot or WILL NOT improve service inside the Town limits.
The responsibility for the unincorporated atreas is that of Cheatham County. For most of it's existence, Cheatham County, and now Pegram have ignored their responsibility..... In addition, Cheatham County wants to "promote tourism" in a County which has few jobs or economic enterprises to warrant such. How did Cheatham County get so far away from civilization?
