I have been disgusted for a long time about the conflicts of interest that seem to plague our Boards and Commissions in Buncombe County and Asheville. An ethics code? What a great idea. If only those same Boards and Commission could see the problems the people see, they might consider an ethics code. But that might pose a conflict for them..........
