Brian Nichols NEEDS AN ATTORNEY.
THE US CONSTITUTION GUARENTEES HIM AN ATTORNEY IF HE CANNOT AFFORD ONE.

HOWEVER

THE CONSTITUTION DOES NOT GUARENTEE HIM THE BEST ATTORNEY MONEY CAN BUY.

THE STATE CONSTITUTION GUARENTEES HIM TWO ATTORNEYS BECAUSE THIS IS A DEATH PENALTY CASE.

AND AGAIN

IT DOES NOT SPECIFY THAT HE GET THE BEST ATTORNEY MONEY CAN BUY.
