If your dumb arse would have listened, you would not get zapped so many times. It is hard to feel sorry for people like this. I hope that the FBI finds in favor of the officer.

Still it is kinda hard to justify taser after the man was in cuffs... something wrong with the part of the story

Wait! I know that in some other country's they
just shoot you dead and save there courts a lot of
time and money.
