Prosecutors say officer justified in shooting suspect at police station

Yes. The officer was 'justified' in shooting the SUSPECT in the police station booking area. His bad aim was NOT justified when he shot the man four times to be certain he was dead. No one can convince ME this was necessary to control the man...no matter that he held a stun gun that was quite obviously a STUN GUN and not a loaded pistol as the stupid attorney claimed when speaking for his client in the newspaper. I think the officer lost control when blind rage seized his thinking when a 'prisoner' DARED to refuse the authority of those who failed to control him when in custody. Its really SAD the man died for something so trivial as offended ego. I hope the officer carves a notch on his pistol to remind him next time he aims that he really doesn't have to KILL to impress when his training includes many OTHER options to resolve conflict besides deadly force.
