perhaps the Feds could stop and kill two birds with one stone, NBRS and Cecil Bank Jack & Charles belong behind bars!!!!

The Cecil Wig and the Aegis, Record are pathetic Both NBRS & Cecil Bank are under investigation and both Presidents were forced to resign. Neither bank has made a payment on the 11 MILLION from 2009 that they stole from taxpayers.
Guess thatís not news worthy. Perhaps the City Paper will write a story !
