Can I ask where new mexico department of game and fish are participating?
Isn't this supposed to be their job isn't the health department supposed to be involved? Or did we spend too much money on that new Gubenatorial airplane, staff, speeding tickets, poaching fines, travel to other states among other things, to help rural new mexicans deal with their issues to get state agencies off their behinds?
