Billie is now missing.. I feel so sad for her because she never had much of a chance with her environment. Beneath it all she really is/was a kind hearted sweet girl. I hope they find her. Drugs screw up everything!

This discussion is sort of dumb. The law clearly states that an officer can use the amount of force nessacary to effect an arrest. No less no more. Any officer worth their badge knows this.
125 lb woman not armed carrying a child vs two police officers one a KSP Trooper. There legally should have been no more force applied than taking the child from her arms, forcing her hands behind her back either standing or on the ground if nessacary and cuffing her wrists and ankles.
No punches, no tazers pepper spray, stun guns even before she was cuffed if there were TWO officers present. What she is or her lifestyle worthless or saintly has zip to do with it. If two male officers or even female ones cannot arrest a 125 unarmed woman without resorting to those measures they should stay home under their beds. Tazering a cuffed woman just to get her feet in the car is totally ridiculous. If two male officers cant force a small womans feet into a car a visit to the gym is probably in order for both of them.
I support law enforcement totally but wrong is wrong and against the law is just that officer or not.
An officers job under that sort of circumstance is to arrest period with the minimium amount of force needed to safely do so. Not punish, make them pay, give them what they deserve etc.
The officers involved know this, as does the person defending their actions. Or should.
A brutality charge without civilian witnessess would be a waste of time. Officers do not and will not get each other into trouble if they can help it at all.
