Routine stops on I-40 turn into big drug busts

Friday, November 14, 2008 at 6:51 p.m. T hree routine traffic stops Thursday along I-40 net more than $150-thousand in drugs taken off the streets.

fact if your mexican or black driving on the 40 YOU WILL GET PULLED OVER AND SEARCHED!!!! a friend of mine a legit business man who is mexican has been pulled over and searched 3 times!!! why because hes mexican its a fact texas dps racially profile mexicans and blacks!!!

It's an Oriental thing also. My wife is Oriental, I'm White. We were touring the USA on vacation. Those scumbags pulled us over for no reason. He said I was going 'a little too fast' They put a dog on my car and said that the dog smelled drugs. They ripped my car apart, threw our luggage on the road and made us sit on side in 100 degree heat.
They found nothing because we had nothing.

I'll never go to Texas again, that's for sure. Somebody needs to step up and put a stop to these jerks in the Texas Highway Patrol.

Please visit Texas again, just don't go to the Texas Panhandle. I recommend Central or South Texas. I supposed you found that some Texans are not that friendly and that Texas is not necessarily the friendly state.
