I agree, and the age of 21 is the legal age to consume alcohol and those who have friends underage should be very careful too.

You are assuming that parents supply the alcohol. Several years ago, a certain public official's family opened up the office and provided alcoholic drinks for prom goers, took photos, and what happened? Nothing. Another adult purchased beer for six teens during fair week. The kids were caught, punished, and the adult? Nothing.

No, don't think so. I know, first hand, of some getting charged, by our sheriff's office, for giving minors alcohol.
