I agree all money spent over the years to them should have been invested in the carrollton schools. I just moved to this county and enrolled my children and its sad I have to provide water for my kids because they cant use the drinking fountain. School lunches are horrible and the buildings are a mess. Really Carroll county and you guys are mad over the football field but most of the 2 faced people love that field but use it againts the school. please

This has nothing to do with Carrollton School. This is the Carroll Hills School on Route 9. Two different schools. I agree with Voter. I also have not seen no money from the oil and gas rush and I reside in Lee Township where all these wells are. 7 I think there are in Lee Township. So where is my money. I vote no as well. I want to keep my money. My kids do not go to Carroll Hills.

yes your right has nothing to do with the schools. But It just surprises me that we have supported this levy for years but turn are own schools down that our own children attend. But that is my opinion on why I am voting it down obviously same opinion as yours my kids dont attend that school so why support it. When we can hope a new school is built and use are tax dollars for that vurses renewing levys year after year

Yes your correct lets just say english class was spent chalking the football fields to get ready for friday night football when i went to school! So no Im not ashamed of my spelling errors could care less. I got out class and earned credit by being on the fields. And yes your so funny for pointing out such a lame opinion. Shows just how many jackasses judgmental airheads are in this county. Do you teach your kids to be jackasses to?

If the Carroll Hills Levy does not pass, then the Carroll Hills School may close. All the students with special needs that are served at Carroll Hills School will be sent back to their home school district- like Carrollton Schools. Taxpayers may actually end up spending more to support these students in the regular school setting than in the smaller specialized Carroll Hills setting. So this can effect you, even if your kids do not go to the Carroll Hills School.

People, are you kidding me? Several key points wrong with some of these comments. 1. This is NOT a new tax. You have already been paying this for a while. God forbid, this doesn't pass, you will not "magically have more money in your pockets!" That's just silly thinking.2. Carroll Hills School is not, nor has it ever been under the Carrollton Schools Umbrella. Nice try though.3. If this school closes, which is what will happen if this levy doesn't renew, all of those SEVERE special needs children will be in YOUR child's school, possibly in his or her classroom. Then there will be whining from the masses, because the typical child isn't getting what they need to exceed in the classroom, because the teachers are focusing on those with severe needs. Carroll Hills is not asking for new buildings or state of the art equipment. They are asking for the community to support them on a VERY modest budget.Instead of bashing them, maybe people should research, see how much good this school does, and think very deeply about which way they should vote. If, after you RESEARCH, like I did, and you still think it's in the best interest to vote no, then so be it.

Don't forget the landlords will pass it along to the renters. When the schools crumble tents are cheap.
