Hi. I am from missouri. I was just wondering if there has been discussion about the reasons for this length of time? I ask because. My husband works for kcpl who was up there wed-Tuesday helping with the power issue. They were sent home because the state did not want to pay for help anymore. I thought to myself...what about the elderly? These are peoples lives. I would be livid if I knew my state wasn't doing everything they could b/c of money??? Anyways this is just what I was told so. Comments.....
