A Jim Thorpe -area man is in jail on charges he fired a shotgun in his development as a "warning" after he heard a noise in the backyard of his home in the Penn Forest Streams development in Penn Forest Township Sunday night.

And this man was arrested for what reason? I hope he hires a good lawyer cause this will not stand up in court. Sounds like the super troopers were desperate for an arrest
