Just got out of jail and back he goes... Why not kill him now and save us taxpayers some money? It's clear that he won't learn his lesson.

At 1:30 am he didn't have a chance. If it wasn't speeding, it would have been a tail light out, crossing the center line or some other violation...real, or made up.

Nothing good happens after midnight if it's not a drive home from work!!

what the hell do you mean he was speeding and got stopped and they got more scum off the streets. if you do nothing wrong you won't get stopped.so what chance do you want to give him ?

Well the homeless man isn't homeless anymore.

I always have to laugh when some drug trafficker is caught, by speeding or DUI. I mean it just common sense if your driving with several thousand dollars worth of drugs um, could you at least follow try not to get caught.
I mean I guess the stuff fried the brain cells.

Well even if it was a made up reason, thats 100 packets of heroin not going to high school kids in this area!!! He's obviously not very smart telling the officer he just got out of jail, and might not have a valid license...and like Irish Girl said, if you're stupid enough to violate the laws of the road when you're carrying that kind of cargo, you're pretty dumb...only the dumb criminals get caught... they'll probably let these guys go with a deal though, so they can catch the guy they bought it from

It is true past midnight the target on your car gets bigger and bigger. Since most DUI's happen after midnight. A cop will make up a reason to pull you over hoping you had a few drinks. So if you are transporting drugs look out!

Because 54 > 40. It's really just simple math.

This will probably get dropped if not at the first court - a higher one after an appeal. Officers no longer have a blank check for searching any car. That is called unlawful search and seizure.

I would imagine he'd probably be safer in jail tho - I don't know what 100 packs of heroin goes for but I can imagine the person he owes that money to will be none to happy when he gets out.
