the closing of the launch parking lots is unfair and dangerous. they should just block the actual launch ramps. this way other outdoor folks can use the parking lots. also, by blocking the parking lot entrance, vehicles pulling boat trailers are stuck on the thoroughfare blocking traffic and then must find somewhere to turn their trailers around - maybe someone's private drive way? in the meantime, to launch a rowboat, canoe, or kayak, beltzville is allowing folks to use the otherwise prohibited beach area near pine run. let's get out there and use our lake before the folks in new jersey get it all for their sinks & toilets.
