Some folks are so insensitive. Perhaps his family is reading these comments.

Yes family members n friends do read these comments. A valuable life was lost, remember everyone is loved by someone. In this case Jojo was loved by many many someones.

Everyone is loved by someone, even the devil! What kind of people have such a hardened criminal for a friend? His criminal record, available at the UJS Portal PA Courts, would take many hours to read in its entirety. This is no loss to the good in society.

His criminal record has nothing to do with the loss I feel as his family member. Who are you to judge him? Are you God? Probably not. I knew him for the family member he was, the type of man he was always there when you needed him. I was not concerned with his criminal record like you are. So tell me how much did u pay to pull up his criminal record at the UJS portal. Since u have nothing better to do with your life than to vilify a deceased person. With such strong opinions you think you would be proud to state your real name instead of being a coward and hiding behind the name NO THANK YOU!!!!

Allina, this Christmas season, instead of spending some extra cash on clothes, alcohol, or your boyfriend, give a few bucks to the Teen Challenge Training Center in Rehrersburg PA or to Hogar Crea in Bethlehem.

So that other addicts may live.

We dont support those flan selling illegal immigrants. Maybe you should get back to the corner in five points selling your flan instead of sitting at the public library googling ways to get public assistance.

just curious, do u know jojo personally? or do you just happened to pull public records on everyone? i hope theres a creep out there who pulls your records after you die and discovers your no angel either.

Jojo was a white guy.

Hmmmmm is noting that ol Jojo was an addict and that other addicts should seek help rather than steal copper for drug money and get killed.

Got it whitey (says Richie)?

Thatís really sad that the fact that he was a career criminal is not relevant to you. You show what you are.
He was judged by the judges in our judicial system, and will now be judged by God, according to His Word.
I know God, and I read His Word.
He thought of his family. What about the victims of his crimes? Was he there when they needed him?
You are concerned with yourself, not his victims, who are numerous.
I paid nothing to pull up his record at UJS. Itís free.
I earn an honest living with my time. I donít have to vilify him, he did it himself. I have other things to do, like help the people he hurt.
Why do you need my name? Your family must all be criminals. That looks like a threat. Am I going to continue to be victimized by him even after his death?
Mr. Hmmm, you left out some of the CP dockets, and thereís another 30 dockets under MDJ, many with numerous charges per docket, and those records are only on line after year 2000, so there could be many more, and then thereís Appellate and Philadelphia Courts, and thatís only PA, not other states.

I did not know Jojo, only to see him. But I do know Allina and I can tell you she is a WONDERFUL person! I know nothing of Jojo's past record so I cannot comment on that. I can comment that I feel that every person is entitled to grieve whether you agree with them or not. Just because she will miss her relative does not automatically make a her a law-breaking citizen and its rather sad that you could make that assumption. You can pick you friends and your nose but you cannot pick you family. I too have family that has done or even continues to do things I do not agree with but in the end they are my family and I cannot change that. Do not unfairly attack someone purely because they are related to someone. He's gone now and he died a horrible death. Surely that should be enough for you. If you study the word of our Lord he is very big on forgiveness if you didnt catch on! Thank you for taking the time to read this, I feel perhaps enough has been said on the topic!

Actually Nicole enough hasn't been said. As with nearly all of the copper and aluminum thieves, Jojo appears to have been a pretty serious addict and his feeding his addiction killed him.

Covering up for family and friends when they do wrong does a disservice to them. Making sure that folks don't end up like Jojo needs to be your priority.

Merry Christmas.

I dont believe that Allina is covering up for him rather just upset that a dead man is such an object of talk. Actually my priorities are my family, my home, and my career. Unfortunately I cannot run around saving people who are sick from addiction. I'm busy taking care of sick people each day! Maybe instead of being so judgemental of a dead man everyone who has something negative to say about criminal records, drugs, and the like should go volunteer if its such a mission! I dont dispute that there are tons of people are with a variety of issues plaguing them but maybe this thread of comments needs to be titled something else... Volunteer... Save Lives... The drug problem in Carbon County... This will be all I can say on the subject anymore as this is rediculous to argue over a deceased person! God Bless EVERYONE...and may you never have someone who does things you are not proud of in your family. Most of us are not that fortunate!

What ever happened to compassion for a life lost regardless of ones actions.....what if it was your son, brother, uncle, someone you loved? would you have the same things to say if it was one of your loved ones???
Its a very tough thing to deal with to lose a loved one especially around christmas and your comments and insensitivity are just plain rude and uncalled for and inhumane!!!
Didn't you learn that if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all, let alone learn some respect. The respect that you would want if it was YOU and YOURS!!
treat others the way you want to be treated! would u appreciate someone doing this to you and your loved one at such a hard and tragic time?!!
Have some compassion!!! because its what you would want at a time like this regardless of ones past, actions, mistakes or what have you. what makes you such a perfect person and where the hell do you get off!!!!
JoJo is truly loved and missed FOREVER!!
NO MATTER WHAT YOU SAY!!!
so take your info and opinions and what not and shove them where the sun doesnt shine!!!
WE LOVE YOU JOJO!!! <3 R.I.P. JOJO <3
