I was driving on the Turnpike this morning around 10:30 ish. I was headed toward Philadelpiha/Conshohocken i noticed all oncoming traffic was stopped, and what looked like a man attempting to jump off the bridge. The man was on the outside ledge of the bridge and police were surrounding him. It was a very unreal and scary sight.
