Frankenfield was on crime watch patrol and seen the kid with a bulge in his pocket...the sting went down and rest is history

And what happened to the kid who was bullying this kid. Obviously the bully provoked this but nothing will be done. Meanwhile the kid who brought the weapon will be expelled and whatever else is deemed appropriate
