Oklahoma DHS death review committee members named
A retired U.S. Secret Service agent and retired chief investigator for the Oklahoma County district attorney's office were among 16 members named Thursday to a DHS Special Review Committee that will look into Oklahoma child death cases.

B.S. cover up again. All people that are or were part of the system.
This is another example of why the problems of DHS have never been properly addressed and why children keep dieing and nothing has changed for years.
"Fifty children - on average - continue to die annually under the care of the Department of Human Services."
