You may be right about the tax dollars, and the fact that he was a drunk, indeed. However, he was a human being who was good to EVERYONE. The people from this town looked after him and had compassion for him. Obviously you are one of those people who pass up a neighbor in need, and so shallow of a person you would take a crap on someone's image the day after they die. I truely hope someone is at your funeral saying "Gosh.. that person was a real jerk, good riddance."

His family cared for him? Why was he camping out next to rail road tracks and on the tracks drunk? Glad it was a train and not a car, that way he would have ruined someone car and they would have had to pay a deductable out of their own pocket, atleast this way no damage to property. So, where are "donations" being made since he didnt have life/health insurance because he was a BUM and his family cared so much?

Richie was my brother and a very kind hearted man. He enjoyed his life and lived it the way he wanted to, stress free. I loved my brother and miss him everyday, it is very tragic to lose someone close to you, I would never want anyone to go through loss like this....
