The region's first "probable" case of swine flu should not cause undue alarm, but serve as a reminder to take precautions against disease, experts say.

The law was legislated to be equal to protect all, no exemptions. If the Amish are exempt then the law must be removed by legislation, but remember if the law is removed then you have no complaint if some one dumps buckets of poop down wind of your home or uphill from your well or spring.
