Judge lets Amish families use barns

I don't know the details of their situation, but it seems that the livestock would produce more waste then the people. Will the farmers have to install toilets for the cows and horses? It's nice that the county will let them use their own barns to store their crops. Otherwise they might have to cite them for storing hay without a county permit.
However, I am curious about the lack of sewage facilities because most of the farms the Amish purchase have existing homes which presumably had sewage systems. Did they disable them, or fail to upgrade them?

The Amish, known for their puppy mill operations more than anything else these days, are also as stale as a loaf of Freihofers' bread.
