When Moxham was an all-white middle-class neighborhood these kinds of crimes just didn't happen. Once the blacks from Kernville and Hornerstown moved into Moxham they completely destroyed it in no time. Very sad indeed.

How can this happen? How did it happen recently when that woman officer shot the 17 year old boy no doubt scared at the intrusion. The progress is slow and I believe it is because their chief is spinning his wheels to protect his squad. Meanwhile innocent ppl are dying at the hands of our LEO's. Some of them are more criminal that those they arrest. FACT ! CORRUPTION in so many of those in authority and it goes straight to Washington.

I don't know how these older threads work. I got a link and I was posting about the Father who wanted to teach his (now dead son) a lesson. Way to go pops.
