I feel that this process has taken a major backseat, and to what? You would think that the winter storm of 2009 would have made this process a priority, but thinking that the situation would alert At&T of the severity of our areas need for better service or sadly to say a service that worked at least consistantly well instead of the countless episodes of dropped calls and unexplainable lousy service we continue to pay for.
I feel that AT&T should at least try and keep up with their rival companies abilities to supply their customers with 4G service. We deserve a service that supports the programs that these new phones offer their customers, something we have yet to be able to access and enjoy.
I would like to see not 3G in this area but the 4G we deserve the same service that the rest of the United States has been offered for quite some time now. The customers of AT&T in this area have been paying the same prices as every other customer of this company with less than acceptable service for way too long. Come on guys there is no reason for this, and I am sorry but I cannot even get excited about this 3G thing because as far as I am concerned we are still getting second rate service.
I am giving this upgrade a small chance for real success, but it has to be better than what we have been having to deal with.
I will be changing my carrier soon if this problem is not addressed quickly. So come on AT&T lets go for that 4G service. You don't realize how close you are to losing lots of business over a service we should be receiving anyway. We the customers are tired of being told lies our patience has grown thin, our community matters and we are tired of being treated like second rate citizens and that our needs are not vaild. Show us that our business matters to you, because if you don't you could be without us tomorrow.

There's no point in having 4g when most major cities don't even have it. This is what you get for living in po dunk ville!

Besides, AT&T will have 4g soon enough in this area and they will have it before verizon does.

Verizon is progressing faster then AT&T is ATM. Most defiantly in big cities. I travel a lot and can get 4g in a lot more places then you would think.

Patience is right. There is a published article online that tells everything. Forgot the website, but someone posted it in another thread. AT&T store has also CONFIRMED that they will turn it on during spring break, they didn't give me the usual run around BS. Of course I'll believe we have 3G when my E is no longer there.
