Culture of drinking on Duck Lake needs to change, says fishermen who witnessed Sunday's crash

Two fishermen on Duck Lake saw Sunday's crash between a paddle boat and a speed boat and pulled the two paddle boaters from the water.

Nick was the one that jumped in the water to help. He was in there before Bob did with his boat. Does not sound like the actions is a drunk does it? That's because he only had one. His bac was a .054 half below the legal limit. Nick is a good man and a responsible new daddy. He is also very torn up about hurting Roxey and coming too close to severely hurting those young ladies. It was a horrible horrible accident. I can not speak on behalf of Nick and my wife, but I am sorry. If I could take it all back I would. If I can do anything to help in any way I will.
