Mom doesn't want to move son's roadside memorial

If someone dies in a hospital bed from an illness, do you put up a memorial alongside the bed? I doubt it. So why do it when someone dies alongside a highway?!

Because when you see a cross on the roadside it shows that a life was took by a careless driver or drunk driver and shouldn't have been killed. it shows that that spot is dangerous and your a cold a$$ idiot

why all the hubbub? it's simply a matter of trespass; have the local authorities cite the offenders and have them remove the homage to their son.
