Judge dissolves JPA: Calhoun County judge rules group is not a legal entity
The McClellan Joint Powers Authority was ordered dissolved late Friday by Calhoun County Judge Joel Laird, who ruled that it is not a legal entity.

One thing for sure, if any official, including judges, in Calhoun Country can do something stupid, they will. Follow the money.
