I will give you this much.. none of us where actually there so we cant say who had a gun, who started it, so on and so forth.with all due respect, none of us know whether or not hester needed to defend himself that day.
wouldnt it be safe to assume that she couldve had a gun that day? maybe kevin did? maybe hester took their gun and shot em both? but im sure he prob had his own...
I just have one question for you. How common is it for you to defend yourself using deadly force against 2 people, one being a woman... then call upon your buddies to help haul them to another location and charcoal them like thanks giving dinner?
I mean, if you defended your self and removed your self from harms way wouldn't your next step be calling the police and help them collect the proper evidence which in turn would relieve you of any wrong doing?
Seriously, if someone broke into you house at gun point... and threatened you and your families life... yet somehow you took the weapon away from them and killed them in self defense, why would you call your two best buds to help haul them across town to Billy Bobs cow pasture and BBQ them if you had nothing to hide?
Come on people... lets use common sense. I know technically the law says "innocent until proven guilty" and i guess going by that we have to assume that until the trial. Common sense will tell us, the trial will no doubt find them officially guilty. Toasting them will eventually seal his fate.
