Western Ky. driver charged in death of passenger

Kentucky State Police say 25-year-old Jeffery R. Alfred of Dawson Springs was also charged with second-offense DUI and leaving the scene/failure to render aid after the crash Tuesday on Kentucky 672 about eight miles east of Princeton in Caldwell County.
