Physical restraint cited in W.Va. patients death

A medical examiner's report indicates that physical restraint contributed to the death of a patient at a state-run psychiatric hospital.

I realize it is not an easy job working with patients at a psych hospital, but there is simply no excuse for a patient dying that way, since the staff is trained in safe methods of physical control.

So they need to arrest the staff member who killed that patient, and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.

The patient was extremely violent and the two staff had no help. The nurse just stood there when he went unconscious like she had no clue what to do. How about the doctor who ordered two chemical restraints?
