WHAT IS WRONG WITH LETTING THE INMATES FUND THE JAIL. THE JUDGES NEVER LEVY THE FINES THAT THEY CAN. START FINING THE MAXIMUM INSTEAD OF MINIMUM. A LADY CAME TO COURT ON NOV 1ST AND FACED A 4.000 DOLLAR FINE FOR DWI NR 5. SHE RECIEVED 2,OOO INSTEAD. LET THE ONES USING THE JAIL PAY FOR IT.
