HAAaaa!! was Ricky Bills driving any of those wreckers? He drives for Schaeffers and is a druggy scammer, he took his wrecker and drove around on I-74 till he found cars disabled and no one around, then he took them straight to the scrap yard for profit, till he finally got caught, then was busted for weed in Brookville Indiana!
