This report say the girl arrived in a car with her mother. Before they said they girl left, got her bread before going home. Was she that close to her house, when this happen? What happen to the other guy in the truck? And with all this charges attempted kidnapping, driving while intoxicated and driving with a revoked license)against him why was bail set so low.

she is not from a wealthy family. maybe as you gain more experience in life you will learn that the judicial system will only help you if you own property, have a job, etc. that is superior to that of your alleged assailant! but the main reason is because many prosecutors and judges, etc. are in reality very evil people who passively worship satan instead of god!

come on now, did you read what you wrote and do you really believe that.

i'm not agreeing with the bail being so low, seen higher bail for people getting caught with a dime bag but come on man, do you even know any of the prosecutors or any of the judges there?

You been writing a lot about god lately. You said you didn't believe in the bible, so who is this god we are suppose to follow and how can we be sure it's not satan in disguise.

In less Poplar Bluff changed in the last ten years nobody has money.

yes i do know them. my brother used to hang with and to this day is a good friend of kevin barbour. he can get in contact w/him at any time. now, i am not saying for sure that he is evil cause i have not closely observed him for years now but i am convinced beyond any doubt that their are a large number of evil satanic people entrenched in the judicial system at all levels. perhaps even a majority!

There has be a better reason than the judicial system is evil. Everyone should been asking why. Not just saying they are evil.

naw, i think youre wrong. the bail was set at 25000. 1/10 is 2500. i am not sure about who gets what back or how much but the bail bondsman is not in business for nothing and the judicial has to get a cut of it somehow! anyway, money aside i am saying the more evil of the two will have the ruling in their favor unless the disparity is so great as to cause a big storm of public outrage and cause a spotlight, so to speak, to be shone on the whole proceedings.

That's what I'm saying. It doesn't add up. There is no judge in their right mind would set bail so low for this crime. Only I don't think this just because they are evil. If you look it up on casenet they have his charges at: Kidnapping - Facilitating A Felony - Inflicting Injury - Terrorizing. Nothing on a dwi.
When did this happen? I thought it was Mon or Tues, but casenet has it on the 15th.
