The issue is not about paying taxes. It is about double jeopardy, as they are being punished criminally and the tax bill enforcement is essentially a punitive punishment. Many states have alleviated this tax, but it seems North Carolina will be the last to do so. This is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

Read and surf in the site and take a peep at the illegal order signed Judge Belvin Perry.

FIJA is coming to Asheville to demonstrate and pass out pamphlets and fliers.

Take a look. This federal court ruling issued from the bench of Federal Judge Kimba Wood:

Judge Wood is a fascinating person in her own right. She was nominated and appointed by Republicans (Alfonse D'Amato, Ronald Reagan) but nominated by President Clinton to be his Attorney General.

Maybe she didn't go so liberal as libertarian, which is in many respects akin to liberalism.
