I used to e his friend, but he did the same thing to me. He ran my credit card up several thousand dollars on the promise he would "just have money transfered tomarrow". Tomarrow never came. He's lied, and even stolen from stores to get clothing! I heard from a friend of mine that he even some folks stranded out of state. He's a scam artist, lier, thief and probably a future inmate!

I met this guy over Christmas and the same thing happened to me. He even went as far as getting clothes for me and him from a famous high end store I will not mention, having the tailors pin mounds and mounds of clothes to be tailored only to find out it was all a lie. He was staying in the nicest hotels in their best suites and scamming people. I unfortunately fell into his lies and took a trip with him and was scammed quite a bit of money. He knew I was a student on loans and still took complete advantage of me. I am still bitter about how much money I lost and how much it put me behind financially. I randomly thought about it and googled and him and to my surprise was happy to see that he got arrested. I wonder if their is anyway I can still file a lawsuit against him to get my money back. Any advice? A check he wrote me was also faulty and his bank said their were no funds in it.

This is not his first and it may not be his last attempt to scam someone out of money! As well he works hard at trying to impress people with his endless story's. He tried to buy a condo for a rather great deal of money and his "checks" did not clear the bank. He has even had some negative dealings with a dealership here in Dallas as well. WHAT A PIECE OF WORK!
For those of you that were scammed out of money. I know this may not help you financially. But what goes around comes around!

I also met him; it was in early 2012 and he definitely told a really tall tale and, like another poster said, he was staying in style at a nice hotel. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but I never got my hopes up about his tall tale. I don't think he had his game together when I was his mark, though, because his story fell apart pretty easily. Even though he didn't take me for any money, he did waste my time. Also, he used a young lady to assist him with the scam.

I am glad someone started this post to help others.

I know several people who have been scammed over by him here in Dallas. He's lost touch with reality. He bought a one-way ticket on the crazy train. From what I've heard, he's wanted for a variety of offenses.

The Dallas county da is a piece of crap. He wrote me a 10,000.00 check in January 2012. It bounced and I went to the Dallas da and they did nothing. I hope he rots in hell.

I won't go on a tangent here, but Jason is a good friend of mine and a good man. Did he do a bad thing? Yes. Did he pay and is paying for his mistakes? Yes. Overall the amazing and great things he has done and accomplished out weigh the mistakes this year. So lets move on and stop using the web to attack a person who was punished by law and paid for his mis judgements and is taking great strides to go forward. Thank you.

ANYONE that SCAMS/STEALS from another person or company is a thief! When a collage student who is on a tight budget, puts their trust in someone and the collage student gives money to another and let me add that is older. And the THIEF does not pay them back is a THIEF!
Writing a HOT check and KNOWING thats what he is doing and takes the merchandise. Is a THIEF!
The only way Jason can redeem himself is restitution what he has STOLLEN. CASH or FURNITURE!!!
If he is in jail, it is perfect place for him. As well he should seek therapy, be put on probation and be fined AND PAY BACK WHAT HE HAS STOLLEN!
Most human beings work hard for a living. Jason has not! All Jason has done is worked hard at scamming people. Doing "great things" is not a forgiveness for doing wrong things to others!
If you were a "good friend" you may have helped him seek help!
Missed my payment

Muriel: is he paying back his debt? Odd, I still haven't got my money. Please be sure to remind him there are still people who have not received their money. Perhaps when we do, we will stop commenting.
