I hear that 97% of all cases are pled down. If you are kept in jail for 2 years and have pressure constantly on you to take a plea deal, what would you do? The death penalty is held over a person's head for two long years sometimes.

This time, Moore, did not send the redeeming evidence to the defense attorney.

This man has a lot of people in jail that did not commit the crime while the real criminal goes free.
