Warrants provide new details in unborn child death

A woman facing murder charges who falsely billed herself as a midwife didn't arrive at the mother's house until two days after her water broke and was described by a witness as "very hands off" and a "bully" during the labor, according to court records.

That's a valid perspective. OTOH, women are regularly checked to make sure their babies are living. Sometimes they die and it's called stilborn so those do die.
