On February 18, 2011, almost one year ago, Briana the remaining whitetail doe at Bernheim Forest was fraudulently conveyed. The act of moving Briana was fraudulent due to a written contract that concerned her care and well-being. Mark K. Wourms, Bernheim Forest's executive director, did not want any animals so moved the two remaining raptors and then moved Briana after the goat prematurely died. Briana is now crippled due to multiple wrongful omissions and acts where she presently is suffering. Further she is alone in a small backyard without trees and where the owner of where she is lets her four poodles out who run around and urinate and defecate. This alarms Briana who puts up her whitetail which is a sign of alarm, of danger. The owner though finds it amusing and cute, even when her poodles run after Briana who then tries to run but cannot for is now wrongfully crippled.

The place where she is only recently got the needed permit. I had reported the situation to KY Fish & Wildlife who did nothing about the environment but only demanded the facility get a permit. KY Fish And Wildlife only cared about getting money for the permit; not about addressing the concerns regarding Briana's situation.
If anyone cares about this and/or knows of anyone who would care please let me hear. There were some Bernheim visitors who regularly visited Briana. One was a young man who would come with friends and/or children and who had bonded to Briana. I have wondered if he ever thinks about her and/or wonders how she is for he showed her care and she was bonded to him. Briana is not doing well for she is crippled and being brutalized. Where she is knows nothing about proper nutrition and animal husbandry and cares nothing about her well-being.

I would appreciate hearing from anyone who would want to be of help. Thanking you for your goodness and kindness for Briana. I would even like to form a group of concerned members of the public who could do something. Conditions for animals are very primitive and backwards in Kentucky which is NOT among the most advanced of places to put it mildly.

She has every right to protest. Even if others disagree with her reason for doing so.

It is amazing that Americans have fought and died for our freedoms and rights, and yet you people ignorantly and prejudicially attack the right to protest. No one fought and died for Bernheim Forest. But Americans fought and died for our Constitution, its guaranteed rights and freedoms. Someone who is doing what they believe in should be respected, not attacked. So why don't you form a group and protest whatever you believe in? You don't have the guts to protest, for it takes some courage, or you just want to cowardly attack someone who stands up for what they believe in. Do you even know what has gone on so that she still is protesting? Go to: There is a lawsuit against Bernheim that has been stuck in the Kentucky Court of Appeals now for years, and which needs be decided already by those judges. Bernheim has done a great deal of wrong, and it is NOT the business that Isaac Wolfe Bernheim intended for it to be. It is a greedy and a very dishonest business. Maybe if you knew all that has gone on you'd join in the protest, and even take it into Meade County which is even worse.
