Park Rangers and Hikers

Is it typical for park rangers to shout, harrass and chase women in the park?
Rangers should be screened when applying for this type of respected position.
Perhaps their park protocols or etiquette should be publicly posted so all hikers are aware of what their job duties entail.
Women, please be aware of yourself when walking at Tohickon or Ralph Stover Park. It is best to go with a friend and be cautious of approaching rangers.

Normally, I haven't had a bad experience with park rangers, but occasionally, it seems that they overstep their authority.
I haven't been to either of those parks in a long while though, how are they holding up?
